This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building out the operational, technical, and commercial capabilities that underpin our lending platform. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in credit, collections, and structured finance, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to scale capital deployment functions. This role will establish frameworks, policies, and teams that enable capital deployment and management.

We are seeking a Head of Credit to architect, lead, and scale our credit function - building the frameworks, models, and systems that power our lending decisions and portfolio performance. This is a high-impact role responsible for defining credit risk strategy, pricing and underwriting processes, and decision automation to ensure sustainable growth and robust credit quality.

Lead the credit strategy for existing Flex customers, building a range of strategies as the portfolio grows. Design monitoring capabilities to understand performance, partner with stakeholders including Capital and Finance, and oversee development of NPV models. Promote proactive analysis and ensure credit capabilities are in place to scale safely.
